How coin purchases are billed and the limited cases in which we refund them.
1. Purchases
Coin packs are sold in the in-app shop. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI credentials.
Coins are credited automatically once the payment gateway confirms and our server verifies the payment signature. This usually takes a few seconds.
2. Refunds
Virtual coins are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable once credited.
We do refund: duplicate charges, payments debited where coins were never credited, and clearly unauthorised transactions confirmed with the payment gateway.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and the corresponding coins are removed from your balance.
3. How to request
Write to support@quizarenaai.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered mobile number, order id and payment id. We respond within 3 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
