The rules for using QuizArena AI: your account, coins, fair play, content ownership and liability.
1. Your account
You must provide a mobile number you control and keep your device secure. One person may hold one account. Sharing, selling or transferring accounts is not allowed.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
2. Coins and virtual items
Coins, power-ups and prizes are virtual items licensed to you for use inside QuizArena AI. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money or goods.
We may adjust coin prices, reward amounts, daily limits and prize pools at any time to keep the economy balanced.
Coins earned by a guest are stored on your device and merged into your account when you sign in on the same device. Clearing browser storage before signing in erases guest coins permanently.
3. Fair play
No bots, scripts, emulators, multiple accounts, self-referrals, answer scraping, tampering with client code, or exploiting bugs. Answers are validated on our server; manipulated results are rejected.
Breaking these rules may lead to coin removal, leaderboard removal, or permanent account suspension without refund.
4. Content
Questions are written by our editors or generated with AI and reviewed before publishing. Despite our checks, content may occasionally contain errors; report a question and we will correct it.
All app content, branding and code remain our property. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the question bank.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features or the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
