Virtual Coins Policy

Quiz Arena Coins are virtual in-app credits. They are not legal tender, bank money, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument. Coins have no cash value outside Quiz Arena and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged, or converted into real money.

Coins exist only inside Quiz Arena AI and are licensed to you for personal use within the app.

Games no longer give Coins. Wins, missions, achievements, streaks and referrals give only non-monetary progress such as XP, rating, rank, badges and certificates. Tournaments give only a final rank and leaderboard place. Coins already in a player's wallet stay valid.

Coins may be spent on eligible in-app items and features, such as:

• rings, avatars and question frames;
• name styles, answer effects, profile backgrounds and emoji packs;
• other purely cosmetic items. Hints and Ranked Arena extra replays are free and are not sold for Coins.

Spending Coins is final once the item or feature has been delivered or used.

• Coins cannot be withdrawn or cashed out.
• Coins cannot be transferred or gifted to another player.
• Coins cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or anything outside Quiz Arena.
• Coins cannot be used as a wager or stake, and there are no player-funded prize pools.

Random 1v1, Friend Battle, Mega Room, Tournaments and Exams currently have no Coin entry fee. Winning gives only progress and recognition, never Coins or prizes.

Paid Coin purchases are currently unavailable on Quiz Arena. Coins cannot be bought in the app today.

Coins credited by our team or the system (for example corrections or test credits) are recorded separately and may be subject to internal rules on how they can be used.

We may correct a Coin balance where necessary — for example because of fraud, a technical error or a duplicate transaction. Corrections are added as new entries in the transaction record; past records are kept, not deleted.

Coins have no cash value, so unused Coins are not paid out if an account is closed, suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
