Quiz Arena AI is a free-to-play quiz and competitive knowledge platform with quiz categories, live battles, tournaments, challenges and other quiz experiences, for education and entertainment.

• You must meet the age rules in the Responsible Use & Age Policy.
• Provide accurate information and keep one account per person.
• Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Use the Service lawfully, respectfully and only for personal, non-commercial play.

Each mode shows its rules in the app. Questions, timers, answers, scores, winners, ratings and rewards are decided by our servers, and those server records are final, subject to the dispute process below.

You must follow the Community & Fair Play Rules. We may review activity, void results and remove rewards obtained unfairly.

Random 1v1, Friend Battle, Mega Room, Tournaments and Exams are currently free to enter. Winning gives only progress and recognition (XP, rating, rank, badges, trophies, certificates), never Coins. There is no player-funded prize pool, wagering or betting, and no cash prize.

Quiz Arena Coins are virtual in-app credits. They are not legal tender, bank money, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument. Coins have no cash value outside Quiz Arena and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged, or converted into real money.

Coins are a limited, revocable licence to obtain cosmetic items only. Games no longer give Coins. Paid Coin purchases are currently unavailable. Full details are in the Virtual Coins Policy.

Cosmetics (such as rings, avatars, frames and effects) are visual items licensed for use on your account only. They give no gameplay advantage, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Hints and the Ranked Arena extra replay are free and are not sold for Coins. Server-side limits and point reductions apply as shown in the app. Once used, they are consumed.

• cheating, bots, scripts or exploiting bugs;
• multiple, shared, bought or sold accounts;
• attempting to transfer, sell or cash out Coins or items;
• harassment or offensive content;
• interfering with, reverse engineering or overloading the Service;
• any unlawful use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice where needed to protect players or the Service. You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Coins and items have no cash value and are not paid out on closure.

The Service, its design, questions, artwork and software belong to Promtify or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute them without permission. Questions may be AI-assisted and are reviewed, but may contain errors — please report them.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, sign-in, notifications and advertising). Their own terms and policies apply to their services. See the Privacy Policy.

The Service needs an internet connection and is provided “as is” and “as available”. Downtime may occur, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Promtify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of virtual items, or loss caused by network failure or unauthorised account access. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.
