Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address, display name, avatar, country and language preference.
• Gameplay data: quiz answers, scores, accuracy, time taken, ratings, achievements and match history.
• Coin/wallet records: Coin balance and every Coin reward, spend and correction.
• Device data: device and browser type, language, connection status and error reports.
• Tournament participation data: which tournaments you joined, your runs, points, rank and any virtual coin reward issued to you.
• Historical payment records: paid Coin purchases are currently unavailable. Records of earlier orders (order id, coin pack, amount, payment status and payment reference) are retained for audit and accounting only. No new purchases are accepted and no new payment data is collected. We never received or stored full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Advertising & notification data: rewarded-ad view events used to credit coins and prevent abuse, and the push-notification token of a device where you allow notifications.
• Fair-play & reports data: if you report another player, we store your report, the player reported, the reason and any note, and the outcome of our review. We also record automatic fair-play signals (such as unusually fast answers or signs of more than one account entering the same tournament), and — for tournaments only — a one-way code derived from your connection. The connection address itself is never stored, and these signals only send a case to a human for review; they never block or ban anyone by themselves.
• Eligibility declaration: where a tournament has an age requirement, the age you declare yourself and the date you accepted the rules. This is your own declaration — we do not verify age or identity, and we do not ask for documents for this.

When you sign in with email or a third-party sign-in option, we receive the information needed to create and secure your account (such as your email and an account identifier). We never see your password for a third-party sign-in.

To create and secure your account, run quizzes and matches, calculate scores and leaderboards, issue free virtual Coin rewards, run tournaments, prevent cheating and fraud, provide support, send notifications you allow, and improve the app.

We use essential storage for sign-in, security and preferences, and limited advertising measurement as explained in the Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with providers who help run the app: cloud hosting and database, sign-in, push notifications, email delivery and Google advertising services.

Google Ads measurement: the Google Ads tag (cookies and device/browser identifiers) measures whether our ads lead to sign-ups. We do not send your email or name to Google. Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec are asked for consent first; elsewhere you can opt out below. Learn how Google uses data.

Your display name, avatar, country, level, rank, achievements and score may be visible to other players. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and access rules. Scores, Coins and rewards are validated on our servers, and fair-play signals are reviewed by our team.

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. Coin and payment transaction records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for optional measurement.

Email support@quizarenaai.com from your registered address asking to close your account. We verify the request, then delete or anonymise your profile and gameplay data, except records we must keep as described above. Remaining Coins and items are forfeited because they have no cash value.
