Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the payment status, applicable law and whether a digital item or service has already been delivered or used. Every request is reviewed individually.

• Failed payments: if a payment fails, no item is delivered. Any amount held by your bank or payment method is normally released or reversed by the payment provider.
• Duplicate payments: if you are charged more than once for the same order, the extra charge is eligible for a refund after verification.
• Payment deducted but item/Coins not delivered: we will either deliver the item or refund the payment once the transaction is verified.
• Technical or processing errors: charges caused by an error on our side are reviewed and corrected.
• Unauthorised transactions: report them to us and to your bank or payment provider as soon as possible. We may restrict the account while we investigate.
• Accidental purchases: reviewed case by case, especially where the item has not yet been used.
• Already-used digital items or Coins: items or Coins that have been consumed are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where the purchase was caused by an error on our side.

Digital items are delivered instantly, so an order normally cannot be cancelled after delivery. If delivery has not happened, contact us and we will review the order.

Coins have no cash value and are never refunded as money. Corrections to free Coin balances are described in the Virtual Coins Policy.

• Email support@quizarenaai.com with your registered email, the date, amount and any payment or order reference.
• We check the transaction record and the payment status.
• We reply with the outcome and, where approved, start the refund to the original payment method.

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider and is commonly several business days.

Coin purchases were available in the past and are now switched off. Records of earlier transactions are kept. If you have a question about an older payment, contact us and we will review it.
