• Cheating of any kind, including looking up answers with outside help during timed live matches.
• Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators or any automated play.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them.
• Sharing or leaking questions or answers during live matches or tournaments.
• Sharing, selling or trading accounts, or running more than one account.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or offensive names, avatars or messages.
• Arranging, throwing or otherwise manipulating matches or results.
• Any attempt to exploit Coin, reward, hint or refund systems.

Questions, timers, answers, scores, winners, ratings and rewards are decided on our servers, not on your device. Questions are sent one at a time and answers are revealed only after a round closes.

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may:

• issue a warning;
• void results, rankings or rewards;
• remove Coins or items obtained unfairly;
• disqualify a player from a tournament;
• suspend or permanently close the account.

Automatic signals only flag cases for review by our team. Appeals go to support@quizarenaai.com.
